From junction 26 of the M5 motorway proceed towards Wellington and at the Chelston Roundabout turn left onto the A38 towards Exeter. After about 1 mile turn left into Monument Road. Continue to the top of the hill and at the staggered cross roads go straight over signposted Hemyock. After approximately 2 miles, having dropped down into the centre of the village take the right turn in the centre and follow the B3391 to Culmstock. Continue on the B3391 through the village to the junction with Prescott Road, carry straight on to Hunters Hill and the development can be found on the right hand side after a few hundred metres.
